Canada hopes to receive seven million doses of Modena’s vaccine by the end of June, with the crushing delivery record for this messenger RNA vaccine set to begin early next week.
Supplies Minister Anita Anand said on Wednesday that the seven million doses would come from the US supply chain.
The announcement would push the total number of vaccines available to Canada to 55 million by the end of July, and would help the country reach federal public health immunization limits faster or 75%.
