Three months after the start of the third wave, free winds are blowing over Quebec, with all areas spending Monday in the green zone. Those who already have will also benefit from the extra convenience, especially for meetings.
The Capitol-National, Estri, Chowder-Appalaches, Lanadier, Laurentides, Laval, Monterogy, Montreal and Autouice areas are changing from yellow to green.
ABTB-Temiscomming, Boss-Saint-Laurent, Center-du-Quebec, Quote-Nord, Gaspace – Ols-de-La-Madeleine, Marisi, Nord-du-Quebec, Sagune-Lock-Saint-Gene, Nunavic and Terrace Chris-de-la-by-James is already in the Green Zone.
Inside homes, a maximum of 10 or three homeowners can meet with different addresses. Owners of up to 20 or three different residences can stay in a private courtyard or on a balcony.
In restaurants and bars 10 or three balloons can sit at the same table. On the terraces of these companies, the limit is set at 20.
Customers have to sit and move from one table to another. Dance floors and concert evenings are prohibited. Companies can close at 2 a.m., and liquor sales should stop at midnight.
Weddings or funerals in the Green Zone can be attended by up to 50 people, an increase of 250 people. However, a reception after the ceremony can accommodate more than 25 people at home and 50 people outside.
Face cover is required to broadcast in indoor public places in the Green Zone. Since Friday, wearing a mask is not mandatory in homes, and all the people who collected have received two doses of the vaccine against COVID-19.
