Benoit Ste-Marie, director general of the Corporation des Proprietors immobiliers du Quebec (CORPIQ), said it was difficult to insure certain sectors. “Insurance companies have suffered a lot in certain key areas and need to bury their losses,” Benoit Ste-Marie explained.
