Ikea will have a new address on Boisbriand this summer

Ikea Canada will open its first planning center in the summer of 2022 in Quebec, on the north coast of Montreal in Boise Bryand.

This new concept from Ikea allows you to assist customers in planning and ordering complex layouts such as kitchens, living room layouts or bedroom storage with the help of an expert.

The planning center will be located in the Fauberg Boise Bryand Shopping Complex.

“The Boise Bryand Planning Center offers planning services by appointment only to provide a personalized experience. It includes a carefully selected selection of items for customers to touch and try, ”IKEA said in a statement on Tuesday morning.

Since the outbreak, 60% of Canadians have made changes in their residence to meet new needs, especially those created by teleworking and home-schooling.

Eric Mathie, National Business Development and Transformation Manager at IKEA Canada, said: “The IKEA Planning Center is one of the many ways we can transform our business to provide new touch points and services to meet customers’ needs and provide affordable and relevant home appliances.

Purchases made at the Planning Center can be delivered directly to the home “or at the IKEA pickup point, including 5565, Boulevard Robert-Baurassa, including the Penguin Pickup at Laval (Quebec).”

Ikea has nearly 30 planning centers worldwide in cities such as Copenhagen, Berlin, Moscow, London and New York.
