PCC leadership: Conservative MP Joel Godin supports Jean Charest

The Portneff-Jacques-Cartier MP announced his decision on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.

“After the announcement of Tasha Khiriddin’s withdrawal from the CCP leadership race and with the aim of keeping the Conservative Party of Canada united and the Progressive Conservative, I will support candidate Jean Charest if he decides to stay in the race,” he tweeted.
