The incident happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. when an Acura car drove straight into the lobby of the restaurant, located at 2960 King West, as several customers were seated inside.
“It looks like the lady driving the car wanted to park in front of the door of the restaurant,” Sherbrooke Police Department (SPS) Sergeant Cote said. But for some reason, as she was almost done parking, the vehicle started speeding into the restaurant. »

The couple inside the white Acura were treated by paramedics though.
According to information collected on site, but not confirmed, a girl of about 8 years old inside the restaurant was slightly shaken by the unexpected entry of the vehicle.
