The winners are employees of Ogden Granite, a family business in Stansted, Estrie.
When validating his ticket, one of the group members, Gordon Bronson, initially believed that the entire group would part with $100,000.
However, each member of the clerk immediately pointed out that they had won $100,000.

Mr. Bronson went to his office to announce the good news to his co-workers and the family he worked with.
“He showed me a valid coupon with the amount written on it, but I thought it was a joke. I didn't take it seriously!” said his daughter, Tamara Bronson.
Several prizes have been won in Estrie in recent months.
Grande Vie won a $7 million prize in December's draw, but won $55 million in Lotto Max on October 31.
