Upon receiving a complete and valid notification, we will promptly review the complaint. Where appropriate, the allegedly infringing material may be removed or access to it disabled while the matter is investigated.
If content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and the affected party believes the removal was made in error, they may submit a counter-notification containing all information required under applicable copyright law. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless legal proceedings are initiated by the copyright owner within the applicable timeframe.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability. We encourage all parties to ensure that copyright notices are accurate and submitted in good faith.
