Lowes Canada: More than 2,100 vacancies in Quebec

Lowes Canada has 2,140 locations to fill its corporate stores in Quebec for Spring for Tue, which is busy with renovations and construction.

Nationwide, more than 7,000 jobs are available.

Full time and part time positions must be filled in Lowes, Rona and Renault-Depot banners These include front desk clerks, sales associates and specialist sales consultants. Administrative support and merchandising positions are also available.

More such events are planned for the next eight weeks. When they are conducted in a given area, the hybrid formula allows candidates to meet in person if desired.

The company trains highly experienced and inexperienced workers.

“Last year, we saw a lot of enthusiasm among Canadians for home improvement,” Mark McDonald, senior vice president of human resources at Lowes Canada, said in a statement Thursday.

“More than ever before, our customers are counting on us to help make their homes a comfortable and safe place, and our in-store associates are playing a key role in supporting them in their projects,” he says.

Lowes Canada has 470 corporate and affiliate stores.
