Feeling she had hurt herself and completely ruining her appearance through the process, the model filed a lawsuit in September against Zeltiq Esthetics Inc., the parent company of CoolSculpting, for $ 50 million in damages. She alleges that she has not been able to work since she underwent seven cool scalping (cryolipolysis) sessions in the dermatologist’s office between August 2015 and February 2016.
