Former Ottawa senators arrested for sexual harassment this summer have been charged again after another minor police officer came forward.

Gabriel Gagne, 25, was arrested on February 24 by Soret du Quebec’s chief crime investigators for the Decoy case. His victim was 14 years old at the time of the events in December 2021. According to SQ, this is the fifth in the file. Last August, he appeared before a judge for the first time on charges of sexual harassment and bodily harm. The crimes were allegedly committed in 2016 in Trois-Rivieres and Montmagni.
Detained
The home of the former Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (LHJMQ) was raided last week. He has been in custody ever since and is due to return to Saint-Jerome Courthouse tomorrow for his release hearing.
