After a disappointing, embarrassing, qualifying session, Lance Stroll failed to break the tide at the Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday, finishing first in 23 stops at the 2022 Formula 1 World Championships.

The Quebec driver had to settle for 12 runsAnd Rank did not improve his position without taking advantage of some retirements before him by the end of the course.
The Aston Martin team left Bahrain without even collecting at least one point. One weekend his teammate, Nico Hulkenberg, was ranked 17thAnd Square. He was the last of the drivers on the track to cross the finish line.
“We’ll definitely regret not being able to fight to achieve some points,” Stroll said as he got out of the car. The good news though is that we were able to finish the race and we learned a lot.

Capricious single-seater
Like his German partner, Stroll had a lot of trouble with his single-seater’s capricious behavior in the race.
“Maintaining the temperature of the tires is not that easy,” Stroll said, adapting to the changing conditions of the track. With full tank of fuel and pit stops the car is not really the same driving ”.
“But we gathered good information for the next race …” he concluded.
The next stage will take place on Sunday at the Jeddah Street Circuit in Saudi Arabia.
