Justin Bieber declared his face half paralyzed

In a video posted on his Instagram account, the popular singer explained that he has half control over his face.

“As you can probably see on my face, I have Ramsey Hunt Syndrome,” he said in the introduction to his video.

The syndrome occurs when the varicella-zoster virus infects the nerves in the head. Then the nervous system is affected, which, as in the case of Bieber, leads to paralysis of part of the face. In addition to facial paralysis, it can cause hearing loss. “If you notice that this eye is not blinking, I can not stay with the smile on this side of my face, this nostril will not move, I am completely paralyzed on this side,” he said.

Earlier in the week, the singer canceled two dates scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday in Toronto, much to the annoyance of some fans. “For those who are bored with canceling my upcoming shows, I’m not in a physical position to do them,” he explained.

“It’s very serious as you can see,” Star warned, but he wanted to reassure her that he was “doing all the exercises to regain control over his face”.

“My body is telling me to slow down,” he added.

Justin Bieber gave no indication of a resumption of his tour.

He later posted on Story that he was having a hard time eating and asked his subscribers to pray for him.
