Fallen comedian Julien Lacroix will try to return to the stage before Christmas.

In a question-and-answer formula that combines “humor and confession,” Julien Lacroix tries to pick up the pieces with his people and restore his reputation in a bar in Montreal’s Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district. He has been accused of misconduct and sexual misconduct over the past two years.

“One of the things the last few years have taught me is that conversations in person rather than through social media are always more rewarding. I am performing this evening in front of an audience (of 30 people) in Montreal on December 21-22,” he indicated on the event page.
The comedian has not performed on stage since March 12, 2020. He said he was “nervous, but excited” to return to the stage.
