Preparations are underway for the Hanukkah holiday, which begins this Sunday.
Moved by the screams and cheers of the onlookers, Charles was all smiles as he danced with the two adults.
The public display comes as the royal family is tarnished by the release of a Meghan Markle and Harry documentary on Netflix, where the monarchy’s flaws and family rifts are exposed.
