The Panthers have announced new additions, changes to the hockey operation staff

Sunrise, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Bill Zito The club’s hockey operations staff announced the changes today.

Dudley has 45 years of experience in professional hockey and 20 years as an NHL executive. He returned to office before the Panthers after serving as senior vice president of hockey operations for the Carolina Hurricanes for the past two seasons. A native of Toronto, Ontario, he served as Panthers’ general manager for two seasons (2002-03 to 2003-04).

He has held general positions in Atlanta, Florida, Tampa Bay and Ottawa, has served as head coach at Buffalo Sabers (1989-90 to 1991-92) and at IHL, AHL and ACHL.

Paul Fenton spent 20 years with the Nashville Predators, a player who joined the franchise after starting as a personal director. Fenton, who has served in that role for seven seasons, was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2006-07, a position he held until 2017-18. He also served as General Manager of Milwaukee Admirals, an AHL subsidiary in Nashville, for five seasons (2013-14 to 2017-18). While Fenton was with Nashville, he was instrumental in the team’s amateur scouting, staffing and player development, leading the team to the 2017 Stanley Cup Final.

Springfield, Mass., A local who recently worked as a scout for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Fenton served as General Manager for the Minnesota Wild (2018-19) and Team USA General Manager at the 2011 IIHF World Championships. He also served as Player Personal Director for Team North America at the 2016 World Cup of Hockey. He began his career as a professional scout in 1993-94 and spent five seasons with Anaheim’s Mighty Ducks before serving as the club’s pro scouting director for two seasons (1996-97 to 1997-98).

Campbell returns to the Panthers after spending the past four seasons as a player development coach at Columbus Blue Jackets.

Campbell, a veteran of the 803 NHL regular season games, was selected by Florida in the third round of the 2002 NHL Draft (67th overall). He spent six seasons with the Panthers (2003-04 to 2009-10), scoring 85 points (29-56-85) in 363 regular season games.

As a player, he won the Stanley Cup with the Boston Bruins, Memorial Cup in 2011 and the Ontario Hockey League Championship with the Kitchener Rangers in 2003. He also won the Campbell Championships at the Major Junior and International levels and won the Spengler Cup with the team. Canada in 2017.

After spending the previous seven seasons with Columbus Blue Jackets, Geoffrey joined the Panthers, four seasons as a professional scout (2013-14 to 2015-16, 2019-20) and three seasons as assistant general manager for the club’s AHL subsidiary, Cleveland Monsters 2016-17 From 2018-19).

Born in Plantation, Fla., And raised in Nashville, Tenn., Geoffrey was selected by Nashville in the second round of the 2006 NHL Draft (56th overall). Prior to spending time with Wild, Fenton served two seasons as an amateur scout for the Edmonton Oilers (2016-17 to 2017-18).
