Vegas Golden Knights Goldtender re-signed Robin Lehner to 5-year, 25 million contract

The Golden Knights of Vegas have re-signed the Goldtender Robin Lehner According to TSN senior hockey reporter Frank Seravalli, for a five-year, $ 25 million contract.

The Chicago Blackhawks and Vegas Golden Knights had a 920 save percentage of 29 appearances last season and 2.89 GAA 19 wins in 36 appearances. Lehner had a .917 save percentage and 1.99 GAA in 16 playoff games after losing to the Golden Knights 4-1 at the hands of the Dallas Stars in the Western Conference Final.

Lehner first formed the Ottawa Senators in the second round (46th overall) at the 2009 NHL Draft. After five seasons with the senators, Lehner dealt with Buffalo Sabers in June 2015. He spent three seasons with the Sabers before leaving for a free season and a one-year deal with the islanders. He signed a one-year deal with the Blackhawks last summer as an unrestricted free agent.

He comes to a one-year, million 5 million deal.

In 2019, Lehner won the Vagina Trophy Finalist and the William M. Jennings Trophy (plus Thomas Greece) As well as the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy.

Swedish goaltender has a career of 918 save percentage, 2.72 GAA and 116 wins in 301 NHL games.
