A gross flaw in “The Crown” stirs passions in England

With its impressive production budget, “The Crown” series should be flawless, as it often has been since it debuted on Netflix in 2016. The teams are not immune to mistakes, however, and this was the fifth in the most recent season, a decade seen in the 1990s when the British royal family was rocked.
