(Albany) The county sheriff said Saturday from Albany that charges would be filed against him if a complaint that one of his former aides, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo, touched her chest was proven.
Craig Apple has promised a full investigation, but says it’s too early to tell when Mr. Cuomo will be questioned.
We need to verify a number of facts. We need to do more interviews. We know he is what he is because he does not rush. We don’t even pull our feet.

The complaint, filed Thursday, is the first legal action taken by a police force facing allegations of sexual misconduct by the Democratic governor.
The plaintiff alleges that Mr. Cuomo placed his hands under her sweater and touched her chest when she was alone at the official residence last year. She told Attorney General Investigators that the governor also felt his buttocks while taking the photo.
The governor denied touching anyone inappropriately. His attorney for the governor, Ryton Glavin, argued that this argument was incorrect.
“He’s 63. He’s spent 40 years of his life in the public domain.
Sheriff Apple declined to release the complaint Saturday, but described the allegations as “sexual in nature.”
He said his service will always be to help the victims. He emphasized that the decision was not a signal of a formal antitrust inquiry into the allegations, but rather a signal of a formal antitrust inquiry into the allegations.
I am the County Sheriff. I will not let myself be intimidated. No one will force me to do anything. It doesn’t work well for anyone.

Demands for resignation or impeachment have risen since the Independent Commission of Inquiry found that Mr Cuomo had sexually harassed 11 women and tried to retaliate against one of his perpetrators.
Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.
The Assembly Judicial Committee is scheduled to meet on Monday to discuss the possibility of initiating an impeachment process. Many elected officials have suggested that Mr. Cuomo would choose to step down if he does not resign.
Mr Apple said it had sought documents from the attorney general’s office.
“We have all read the Attorney General’s report. At this point, I’m very comfortable saying it’s safe to say. [la plaignante] In fact the victim. ”
