Andrew Shaw protested the safety of the players

Former Montreal Canadians forward Andrew Shaw on Wednesday sharply criticized the National Hockey League Player Safety Department.

Ontario did not like Jacob Trouba’s shot on Jujar Khaira in Tuesday’s game between the New York Rangers and the Chicago Blackhawks. The Big Apple Defenseman of the Illinois Forward Company lost a puck on his own skates when he was thrown head-on, hard at the top.

Khaira immediately fell on the ice, lost consciousness and was taken out on a stretcher.

“Are we going to see you protect your players or are you going to point the finger at Jujar by mentioning that he puts himself in this position as you have done with me on many occasions?” Shah wrote on his Twitter account.

The man, who scored 247 points in 544 games on the Betman circuit, also responded to a number of Internet users who believed the contact was legitimate.

Shaw ended his career in April, when he was just 29, due to the many concussions he suffered.

For his part, Troba stated that it was not his intention to injure Khaira after the game, he also contacted the Blackhawks player to inquire about his condition. His name was put on the injured list as he had to go through the National League concussion protocol, but was released from the hospital the day after the game.
