According to CNN, Eliza “Liza” Fletcher’s body was found Monday about 12 miles from where she was forced into the SUV.

The 34-year-old kindergarten teacher was jogging around 4 a.m. Friday when a man forced her into a black SUV and chased her.

Her husband quickly reported her missing, then someone found her damaged cellphone on the street. According to an affidavit obtained by CNN, police found surveillance video of the area showing her being run over by a black GMC Terrain vehicle.

According to portions of the affidavit seen by CNN, a man was seen getting out of the SUV and “aggressively” running toward her, forcing her into the vehicle’s passenger seat.

The document indicates the SUV was in the parking lot for about four minutes before leaving.

A suspect was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence.

Cleota Abston previously served time in prison for kidnapping 20 years ago, CNN reports.

Eliza Fletcher is the granddaughter of Joseph Orgill III, a billionaire in the building materials business.
