Coronavirus live updates: Quebec reports 982 new cases, 24 deaths on hospitalization

Quebec in Canada is reaching awkward milestones

Quebec and Canada hit COVID-19 milestones.

125,000 cases were reported in the province and the number of cases in the country crossed 300,000.

Quebec, with 23 percent of Canada’s population, reported only 41 cases in the country.

The province’s 6,651 deaths accounted for 60 percent of Canada’s deaths (11,027).
