Kiev files case against Moscow before ECHR for killing opponents (court)

Strasbourg | Ukraine has launched proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against Russia, alleging that it carried out “assassination operations targeted at suspected opponents”, the ECHR said in a statement on Tuesday.
