(Hauma) Complete restoration of electricity in some areas severely damaged by the hurricane Ida It could take a few more weeks in Louisiana, the Louisiana Chief of Enterprise warned Saturday.
At least 16 people have been killed in hurricanes in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
Ida More than 22,000 utility poles were damaged or destroyed, more than by storms Katrina, Zeta And Delta Come together, the so-called “shocking” effect of Enterprise President and CEO Philip May.

Philip May, of five parishes in southeastern Louisiana, faces a long delay, saying “the level of destruction is very difficult or it is impossible to enter and fully assess some areas.” The company plans to make a full renewal by September 29th or longer for some customers.
Power has been restored to New Orleans residents and all hospitals in the city, and 27 substations in the city are ready to serve customers, said Dina Rodriguez, president and chief executive officer of Enterge New Orleans Management.
Enterji said most customers should have power by Wednesday.
