The province announced four more new COVID-19 cases in New Brunswick on Sunday, announcing plans to move some zones back to the yellow recovery phase.
There are two new cases in Zone 2 (St. John), including another case of a resident at Assisted-Living Facility Parkland St. John. There is a new case in Zone 1 (Moncton) and Zone 4 (Edmundston).
Provincial Health Officer Dr Jennifer Russell announced at a press conference on Sunday that the Moncton and Fredericton zones were set to return to the low-limit yellow phase at midnight.
However, Zone 2 (St. John), which accounts for the majority of the Province’s COVID-19 cases, is supposed to be in the orange phase.
St. John remains a hotspot
Saturday saw two more COVID-19 cases in the province, but there were also 15 recoveries.
The St. John’s area continues to be a COVID hotspot in the province, which accounts for more than half of New Brunswick’s.

Public Health reports that symptoms of COVID-19 include:

New cough or exacerbated chronic cough.

Fatigue, muscle aches, diarrhea, loss of sense of taste or smell.

Difficulty in breathing.
In children, the symptoms also include ple da marks on the fingers and toes.
