According to Mark Gurman, from Bloomberg, Games are not downloaded and launched directly from its official app, but are offered individually on the Apple Online Store. The same thing is happening on Android right now. Although they can view the list of games from the tab in the official Netflix app, users will be redirected to the Google Play Store to download and install them.
Cloud gaming is difficult
In the long run, Netflix aims to provide cloud gaming service.
