Justin Trudeau and Franకోois Legalt formalized the construction of the Modernna factory in Montreal on Friday morning, the only factory outside the United States with an investment of several hundred million dollars.

The two prime ministers and representatives of the pharmaceutical company met on the McGill University campus to make this announcement.
Establishes the American Pharmaceutical Center of Excellence and Factory, where it initially produces 30 million doses of RNA vaccines, reaching 100 million doses per year.
Construction of the plant is expected to be completed in 2024. About 200 to 300 people will be working there.
