As the clock shifts worldwide to October 23, pre-orders for the first iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPod Air begin to arrive. This means that the new countries are officially available to buy and choose from in Apple stores in many countries.
Interested iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro users took to Instagram and Twitter to share new images of their devices. Both devices are available in both new colors, so we are curious to see how those new colors will look in the real world.
Apple stores look a little different this year to the iPhone 12 launch than previous years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We reported earlier Apple has changed its retail strategy this year to ensure customer and employee safety, including the new Express Store front pickup concept.
For this year’s iPhone 12 launch day, Apple stores are almost focused on the pickups of online orders they have previously placed. As a result, many people who pre-ordered their iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro for a store pickup began to see their order status change as a “ready for pickup” in the Apple Store app.
The iPhone 12 is available in five different colors: black, white, product (RED), green and blue. The iPhone 12 Pro is available in four different colors: Pacific Blue, Gold, Graphite and Silver.
In terms of price, the iPhone 12 starts at 29,829 (or 99,799 for Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T) for 64GB of storage. You can upgrade to 128GB configuration for $ 879 (49 849 for Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T) or upgrade to 256GB for 6 979 (49 949 for Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T 499).
On the other hand, the iPhone 12 Pro retails for 99 999 for 128GB storage, 99 1099 for 256GB storage and 99 1299 for 512GB storage.
The iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available for pre-order from November 6, with orders and store-availability from November 13th.
