Sales and confirmations of specific lotto tickets are not available

Due to the general disruption at Loto-Québec, it is currently impossible to check your lottery tickets at all sales points in the province, with a few exceptions. The sale is also not available to retailers

“We are currently facing technical issues. Sales and verification of lottery products are not available. However, Mise-O-jeu sales and validations and scratch ticket validations are available. We are working to rectify the situation as soon as possible and we will inform you as soon as the situation is restored”, we can read.

Crown Corporation wishes to reassure customers that this disruption will not affect draws.

“We want to assure customers that this situation does not in any way affect the integrity of the draws and that all prizes won will be honored,” Lotto-Québec said.

The disruption comes at a time when Loto-Québec’s professional employees are on strike, complicating a return to normality.
