Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell

“Every legal vote must be counted. Here’s how it works in our great country: Every legal vote must be counted. Illegally submitted ballots must not be. This process must be observed on all sides. And the courts are here to apply. Settle the laws & disputes.

When asked specifically about Trump’s comments last night, McConnell’s office declined to comment.

Sen. Lindsay Graham

Fox with Sean Hannity Thursday night: “I’m here tonight to stand with President Trump.”

Sen. Ted Cruz

Tweet: “It simply came to our notice then # ElectionResults2020 Biased, political and illegal. The American people are angry that the vote count is shrouded in darkness. We must count every vote that is legally cast. ”

Sen. Marco Rubio

Tweet: “Confidence in our elections is as important as the outcome. There is no need to allow the media or the candidate to decide the outcome in order to preserve it. Legally count every vote as transparent and allow the courts to decide on the basis of fraud or fraud.”

Sen. Susan Collins

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy
