One of the women accused of sexually harassing Donald Trump withdrew a defamation complaint against the former US president, but judicial sources said on Friday that she was defending her allegations for the 2007 facts.

Former contestant on Summer Servos reality show The Apprentice Donald Trump has been a commentator on this for a long time. In January 2017, Mr. Before Trump entered the White House, Ms. Zervos filed a civil defamation suit against the businessman because he called her a “liar.”
Mr Trump has always denied it, but Ms Zervos allegedly held her tightly in a hotel in Los Angeles in 2007 and forcibly kissed her.
“All complaints have been withdrawn,” the New York State Supreme Court reads the document Friday and it was signed by attorneys for both parties.
“After five years (policy), Ms. Zervos no longer wants to have a dispute with the accused (Donald Trump) and has been given the right to speak freely about his experience,” lawyers told AFP plaintiffs Moira Penza and Beth. Wilkinson.
They stated that their client “continued her allegations and did not accept any financial damages”.
On behalf of the former US president, his lawyer Alina Habba described the Summer Servos decision as “prudent”. “She has no choice, because it is clear that our client did nothing wrong based on the facts of the case,” the lawyer told AFP.
Neither party explained why Ms Zervos dropped her defamation suit.
In all, nearly twenty women have made allegations of sexual harassment or harassment against Donald Trump in recent years.
