President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club will reopen somewhat this weekend with social-distant guides – even in the Jacuzzi.
In an email sent to members Thursday, Florida’s Palm Beach, the resort’s pool area and “beach club” restaurant will open for Saturday lunch service after being shut down for two months due to the coronavirus infection.
But the main building, which includes hotel rooms, large dining areas and the president’s private residence, will remain closed.
Members must practice social distance even in the pool and whirlpool, and lounge chairs will be placed 6 feet apart.

The announcement comes after Florida State Ron DeSantis allowed Palm Beach County to enter the “first phase” of the state’s reopening program.

Nearly 4,300 confirmed COVID-19 cases and at least 263 deaths have been seen in Palm Beach County since early March.
