As soon as they arrive on Canadian soil from May 9, Ukrainian newcomers will be able to take advantage of the six-month mobile service offered by VideoTron.
Refugees can get an all-inclusive 20 GB package for free so that they can stay in touch with their loved ones in Ukraine.

Donated 1,000 mobile devices needed by the Ukrainian-Canadian Congress for distribution to families in the East.
“In order to receive the offer, newcomers must bring their mobile phone and current identity, be it a passport, Ukrainian identity card or temporary residence permit and proof of entry into Canada, work or study permit, visa or temporary residence permit at one of the eight videotron stores involved.” Said in a press release.
This offer is valid for Ukrainians who arrived last January 1 and is valid until July 31, 2022.
Access to the Ukraine 24 news channel and the exemption from international call charges from Canada to Ukraine have also been extended until July 31.
