Vivo Y50 & Vivo S1 Pro smartphones get Rs.1000 discount in India. As a reminder, the Vivo Y50 was launched this June, while the Vivo S1 Pro was unveiled in the country this January. Both Vivo devices are listed on Flipkart & Amazon.in. The Vivo Y50 smartphone was initially launched at Rs 17,990 and now costs Rs 16,990 for the single 8GB RAM + 128GB variant. On the other hand, the Vivo S1 Pro was launched in India at Rs 19,990 for the 8GB & 128GB model. The handset received a Rs 1,000 discount in April this year, but when the GST amendment was implemented, the phone was offered for Rs 20,990. Then in July the Vivo S1 Pro price was slashed again by Rs 1,000. The smartphone can now be purchased for Rs 18,990. In terms of specifications, the Vivo Y50 has a 6.53-inch FHD + punch-hole display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset, the device comes with 8GB of RAM. Coming to the camera, the Vivo Y50 has a 13MP main lens, 8MP wide angle snapper, 2MP portrait lens & 2MP macro shooter. In advance, there is a 16MP camera for selfies & video calls. The phone packs a 5,000 mAh battery and does not support fast charging.

The Vivo S1 Pro, on the other hand, features a 6.38-inch FHD + Super AMOLED display. Under the hood, the device is mated to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC with 8GB of RAM. For photography, the Vivo S1 Pro has a quad rear camera module, a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary camera and two 2MP shooters to capture bokeh & macro shots. The handset comes with a 32MP selfie camera.
