Quebec is one of the few countries in the world to offer a fourth dose of the vaccine against COVID-19.
National Director of Public Health, d.R Health Minister Christian Dubey said Thursday that Luc Boileau is likely to announce next week that a booster dose will be given to “some people who cause harm”.
