The image of kindness is not perfect.

A wedding photography company has refused to pay back after Colorado’s fianc இறந்த died in a tragic car accident – and later reportedly lied to him online.

Citing her rare and heartbreaking circumstances, Justin Montney of Colorado Springs asked Copper Stallion Media to return a $ 1,800 deposit after her 22-year-old bride Alexis Wyatt was killed on Feb. 4. According to KRDO-TV.

“They told me to expand my service for my next wedding. This is a very emotional thing to say to me,” he told the station. “They should [refund it] This is because they do not offer any services. “

But the Texas-based photo company denied his request for a “legally binding contract” signed in November.

Montney says the story was brought to a “failed news station, KRTO,” in which he “acknowledges that the deal has not been repaid.”

“Life is a B-Touch Justin,” the website says.

The news appeared to have been removed from the site on Wednesday.

“We responded, expressed our sympathy, and explained to him that all of our marriage contracts were non-refundable,” Copper Stallion Media said on its website.

“He emailed us to try to get the money back, and we reiterated that the contract was non-refundable. We stopped responding as the issue was complicated.”

The company could not be reached for comment Wednesday.
