Carl Giroward, who is facing charges of double saber murder on Halloween night, was briefly brought before a judge at Quebec City Court this morning.
Girard, 24, who has been in custody since his arrest, has been charged with five counts of attempted murder, including first-degree murder of Suzanne Clermont and Franకోois Duchesne.
