Three people were injured in a violent exit from the road on Sunday morning in Saint-Catherine-de-La-Jacques-Cartier, including a man in an unstable condition.
The incident took place at 9 a.m. on Fossambalt Road between Grand Capsa Road and Rue de L’Antente.
After deviating from its north-facing lane, the vehicle appeared in a ditch on the side of the road, hit a lower wall and overturned.
Hydroplaning can take part in this paradise due to heavy rain in the area during the morning, explained Sergeant Helen Nepton of Sûreté du Québec.
Prison jaws had to be used to rescue the three, who were rushed to hospital for treatment of injuries. Among them is the condition of a 25-year-old passenger who is unstable. It is currently impossible to know who is in mortal danger.
Authorities are changing the traffic on this road to allow them to do their work.
