Nantes: Petank Court, Gaming Room, Vegetable Garden … Orange Looks Future

“Modern Building”

“This new signpost will resonate with the smart building, thanks to a system of car parking that allows employees to recognize their license plate,” Pierre Jacobs explained.

Employees can reserve a room in the building through the app, sensors are installed in the building to find out the number of remaining parking spaces and a camera and sound bar are installed in each meeting room.

Not a personal office

The Orange Estuary Project places an important place for collaborative work with 115 collective spaces. It is impossible to find a personal office on five floors because all workplaces are also shared with directors!

“Central Park”

On the third floor, the “Central Park” service area has several relaxation areas for employees:

  • Gaming room with PS5 and arcade game.

To respond to the problems of young mothers, A breastfeeding room was set up There is a hand basin and a small fridge for moms.

“Our attractiveness depends on the services we provide to our employees,” says Pierre Jacobs.

Easily accessible by public transport (Tram Line 1, Halcher-Batignols Station), the site has 112 spaces for bicycles and 30 electric charging stations.

2,200 employees in the metropolis

“Orange is a major player in employment and innovation in our city,” said Bassem Asse, the first deputy at Nantes Town Hall.

Nantes Metropolis has 2,200 Orange employees and 240,000 companies in the metropolis are connected through the Orange Network.

“Orange Estuire is a tool for residents and working in the service of the city,” said Eric Howiz, Orange Group Real Estate Director.
