Fans of the Buzzfit Kirkland Training Center and the Henri-Lemieux Cultural and Community Center in Montreal were called in for the COVID-19 screening because of the Omicron variant.

More specifically, the Public Health Appeal is intended for individuals who went to train at BuzzFit on the 1st.Is, December 5 and 6 between 4 and 6 p.m.
In the case of the Community Center, only people who were on site between noon and 2pm on December 4 were invited to the test.
“Even if you have not been adequately vaccinated and have no symptoms, we recommend that you be tested for COVID-19 at one of the following two screening centers: at the Jewish General Hospital or at the CLSC Park-Extension Grounds. At present, these are the only centers in the laboratory where the laboratory can detect the Omicron variant in Montreal, ”said Montreal Public Health.
To date, seven cases of the Omicron variant have been officially confirmed in the National Institute of Public Health in Quebec. To this number are added four suspected cases related to the evaluation.
