Quebec abortion clinics say they are ready to welcome American women who want to end their pregnancy, but they believe the journey will be too complicated and expensive.

“We decided to stay together. If women from the United States call us, we welcome them with open arms,” said Patricia Larou, director of Clinic des Femmes de l’Autois.
