Two aides to Manicougan MP Marilyn Gill, Jeff Dufour-Tremblay and John-James Blanchet topped the Hill Times poll. They are 4th in a rowe and 5e In the Best Employee category of the House of Commons, all parties combined.

Every year, The Hill Times, a weekly newspaper covering parliamentary news, sends out a poll to all employees of Parliament so that everyone can vote for the best employee in various categories. Marilyn Gill’s team stood out this year in many ways.
Jeff Dufour-Tremblay is #1 Best Parliamentary Assistant for Bloc Québécois and Jean-James Blanchet #1 for Bloc Québécois Constituency Assistant. The two men are also among the top 5 best employees of Parliament based on the answers given to all the questions in the survey.
