“We made a mistake and are correcting it,” said PLQ Communications Director Jeremy Ghio.
The daily Law Press revealed this morning that a $12 billion error was found in the calculation of debt listed in the economic framework of the liberal structure. The party wrongfully merged the earlier debts.
The PLQ, which defines itself as the party of the economy, announced that the revised economic framework will be published on its website today.
The pledges remain and will always reach $41 billion over five years.
“Everything stays the same, the cost level stays the same,” Ghio said.
The difference is that debt does not fall below the level of GDP, as the party envisioned in its framework, but remains constant. She assured us that she will not dip into the generation fund to settle this question.
