(Quebec) MP Herald Label is facing allegations of sexual harassment on Tuesday, saying “he has nothing to be ashamed of”. Rimowski’s elected representative, who now sits independently in the National Assembly, is expected to continue his duties during legal proceedings.
“In the context of the last few days, the Herald Label has announced that Rimoski will continue his performance as a Member of Parliament and protect current and future files for Rimoski’s ride,” a press release sent to the media on Thursday.
It is also referred to as OmE Maxim Roy representing Mr. Label. The latter is best known for representing former Liberal Minister Nathalie Normandu.
“Mr. Label wants to cooperate with justice. He will attend the show on January 11. At the appointed time, he wants to prove that there is nothing to be ashamed of,” it was written.
On Tuesday morning, Harold Label was arrested by police at his home in Rimoski and questioned by police for five hours. He has since been officially charged with sexual harassment. The victim works in the political community in Quebec. His identity is protected by a publication ban. The alleged facts occurred in October 2017.
