A key propeller on the Queen of Alberni was damaged and sailing was suspended until the damage was resolved.

Deborah Marshall with BC Ferries‌ explains that passengers hoping to travel this route may be delayed for the next few days.

“We’ll definitely be running a ship, but you’d probably know about 50 percent of regular payments.”

At least six sailings are affected on Sunday.

Sailing includes:

  • Twassen departs at 10:15 p.m.
  • Departure from Duke Point at 12:45 p.m.
  • Twassen departs at 3:15 p.m.
  • Departure from Duke Point at 5:45 p.m.
