Canada beat Russia in the World Junior Preparations

Defender Jamie Driesdale tied 0-0 with a point shot in the final twenty-fifth minute, goalkeeper Arthur Aktyamov was unable to block, and Yaroslav Askarov was relieved, the first 40 minutes of play against 22 shots.

Quebec goalkeeper Devon Levy was unmistakable 23 shots from the Russians.
