Coffee and pastries: a new service offering for two Quebec flagships

Two Quebec companies, including one led by Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, are joining forces to offer their customers an enriched experience.

Coffee and pastries are available at seven Café Saint-Henri micro-torrefacture branches and three Le Pain dans les Voiles bakeries.

“Due to the pandemic and the resulting labor shortage, we are looking for a reliable partner to hand over the food program to our branches,” says Sébastien Grenache, owner of the Café Saint-Henri micro-torrefacture. In addition to offering quality products, we know that Le Pain Dans Les Voiles works with great respect for producers, from farm to plate, just as we do with our partners at the source. This connection is natural to us.

Both companies started nearly a decade ago and quickly gained popularity. Both of them gained fame across the province and even across the country. In 2021, Laurent Duvernay Tardiff took over the reins of Le Pain Dans Les Voiles, the family business built by his parents.

This long-term partnership allows both businesses to develop their brand. Thanks to this union, Le Pain dans les voiles consolidates its presence on the island of Montreal, while Café Saint-Henri Micro-Torréfacteur adds a presence on the south coast.
