Controversial trip: Pierre Arcond loses his responsibilities

The political party announced in a press release on Monday that MP Pierre Arcand was losing his responsibilities as metropolis and transport representative in the shadow cabinet of the Liberal Party of Quebec (PLQ).

The announcement comes just days after the Liberal MP returned home after a controversial trip to Barbados with his wife over the holidays.

On his return, a member of the Mont-Royal-re Tెrmont apologized for his choice, but suggested he should not resign.
