Reed is one of the best free agents available. He played a total of 16 games and started Carolina Panthers Last season. He recorded 130 tackles and four bags. He joined the Panthers for a few weeks during the 2018 season. He recorded 71 tackles and interruptions that season.

Reed has not signed back since last season.
