Finally a playoff victory for Bengal

The Bengals ended a 31-season drought in Cincinnati on Saturday, eventually beating the Las Vegas Raiders 26-19 in their first playoff victory since 1990.

The joy of the supporters gathered at Paul Brown Stadium also reached its peak in one of the final games of the match, with more than ten seconds on the clock. In the fourth down, deep inside the home team area, the Raiders tried to score a major to force overtime, but Jermaine Pratt blocked Derek Carr’s throw to end the argument.

In his first career playoff game, quarterback Joe Burrow did not look too scary. In his team’s first offensive order, he joined tight end CJ Uzoma seven yards out of the middle finger.

Burrow eventually scored 24 of 34 throw-ins for 244 yards. In addition to the touchdown pass to Uzoma, he passed the second to wide receiver Tyler Boyd. Ja’mar Chase was his favorite goal, however, as he received his hands on nine balls for 116 yards.

On the Raiders side, Carr made an impressive effort for 54, but finished with only 29 for 310 yards. He got a touchdown pass, against an interruption, and joined the decisive game late in the game.
